Day 3/362


Thought for the day- Make every workout count. Have a goal to achieve, that way every workout becomes a mission. Losing or winning does not happen during the match, it already happened in your training.


Wednesdays, have been our morning yoga session. But due to an early boot camp class now at the same time we could only stretch on the gym floor, we are going to have to get to the gym earlier on Wed. , since it’s the only day of the week  I take off.

A.M. Training session- 20 minutes light cardio warm up, Yoga/Bar stretchs.

No P.M. Workout.
