A.M. Training session 7a.m.- To many people on the basketball court to film our workout.
“Game Time Workout”
- 1 minute full court sprints
- 1 minute plank row and pushups with dumbbells
- 1 minute full court sprints
- 1 minute plank row and pushups with dumbbells
- 1minute rest
- 4 Rounds, total – 20minutes
This is our hardest workout, each sprint is a race to see who can do more, and the planks really get your core and upper body working. We always finish our workout with stretching.
P.M. Training session 9p.m.- 10th Planet Van Nuys. – 5x5 minute rounds of free training. I was focusing on making sure I was working through the whole round. I was always attacking and looking to take the back when I played guard, and kept constant pressure when I was passing. Great workout.
