Day 6/359
No conditioning today or tomorrow.
Trained at South bay jujitsu. This is my Home; I’ve been training and teaching here for the last Decade. I use to run the Saturday class, now my friend and Training partner (Kristian) runs the class. We trained Nogi today, I was dragging the whole morning feeling really slow. Building new patterns is always frustrating, sometimes if I’m not getting the finish or sweep, I want to go back to the old pattern. But I let go of my ego, accept if I get caught or swept or passed, and keep working at my new pattern till I get it to flow like my old ones.
Game Changer- Build your patterns. These are 3 or 4 step moves – takedown, pass, submit. Etc. Build and create your own patterns and drill them.
Daily Challange- Did you do your 100 reps yet?
Day 5/360
No AM training, still very tired from the week of training.
P.M.- Trained at Mojica Judo, Great place to workout. Coach Tony is a Former olympic coach, and really push's the class. They are really good at getting the numbers with throws, 5 crash pads on the floor and bodies flying everywhere !
Game Changer- Are you getting your numbers in? only you know if you are or not, so be honest with yourself. If you want to have that killer pass, or flying armbar- you have to get your numbers in EVERY WORKOUT . If you want to compete at the pan am's or world's then it becomes EVERYDAY !
Daily Challenge - 100 repetition's of a technique of your choice. you can break the 100 up how every you want( 10x10, 20x5, etc.)
Everyday is the Way !
